  • Billing data: subscription and invoice-related identifiers handled by our payment provider (we do not store credit card details).

Why we collect it

Legal basis

We process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the ShipLog service), legal obligations (billing and accounting), legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, and consent where required (for example, marketing communications).

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers acting as data processors, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors (e.g. Stripe), and email or analytics services. These providers may only process data to deliver their services and are bound by data protection agreements.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Union. When this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Some data may be retained where required by law.

Automated decisions

ShipLog does not make automated decisions that produce legal or significant effects on users.
