You must represent a real product or company and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Impersonation, misleading information, or abuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
3. What you can publish
- Updates about SaaS, apps, developer tools, AI products, and related tech.
- Launch notes, milestones, engineering progress, and real product work.
- Original content you have the right to share.
4. What we do not allow
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Gambling or betting products.
- Hate, harassment, or content that targets people or groups.
- Illegal activity, scams, or deceptive claims.
- Spam, link farms, or SEO-only submissions with no real update.
5. Reviews and moderation
Every article goes through editorial review. We may approve, request changes, or reject submissions that do not meet our guidelines. Review priority may vary by plan, but editorial standards apply equally to all users. Publication is not guaranteed.
6. Links and promotion
Outbound link limits depend on your plan. Links must be relevant to the content. Submissions created primarily for SEO manipulation or promotion without substance may be rejected or edited.
7. Content ownership and license
You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to ShipLog, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform. If content is deleted, it will be removed from public view within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Plan limits, pricing, and features are described on the pricing page. Upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or harm the community. We may remove content or restrict features as necessary to protect ShipLog and its users.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ShipLog is provided "as is". We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, SEO impact, traffic, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipLog shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or published content.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using ShipLog, you acknowledge and accept how we handle personal data.
