Meet the product
NoteV is an ambient AI medical scribe for doctors and clinical teams. It captures patient encounters in the background and drafts structured clinical documentation, including SOAP notes, H&P reports, discharge summaries, procedure notes, and referral letters.
Clinicians can review and edit the draft before signing, then send the completed note to their electronic health record. NoteV says it supports integrations with Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, and more than 50 EHR systems.
The product is designed for primary care, mental health, urgent care, pediatrics, dermatology, and other specialties. Its published product information describes HIPAA-compliant workflows, SOC 2 Type II controls, mobile and desktop access, specialty-aware templates, and note generation in about 60 seconds.
NoteV offers plans for individual clinicians, practices, and enterprise teams, with a 14-day trial and individual pricing starting at $29 per month. Clinicians remain responsible for reviewing and approving documentation before it enters the patient record.
